HGA maintain and encourage regular training of all our staff to ensure our skills and expertise are in line with developments in the various sectors within which we work.

We are committed to improving our young workforce via the graduate apprentice scheme. Working in partnership with UHI Inverness, an HGA employee graduated in 2023 with a first class honours degree in civil engineering. He finished top of his class with hard work combined with excellent mentoring and support from HGA staff. Our newest apprentice is continuing this path by enrolling in the same graduate apprentice course.
